Representative – Beverage Route & Account Set-Up Job Brief: Drive company vehicle over established route to deliver 5 gallon water bottles, coffee and other products. This position is fast-paced and regularly requires repetitive lifting throughout a day that can consist of 30-40 delivery stops. Also install/clean water coolers at new accounts as needed. Responsibilities Delivers products (mostly 5 gallon water bottles) on a regularly scheduled basis to business and residential customers Directly interfaces with customers and may perform routine customer service and order entry duties, identifying opportunities for other or additional company products and services Provide exemplary customer service Light maintenance and sanitation of water coolers Load/receive product as needed Install water coolers or ION Filter systems at new accounts Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Representative–Beverage Route & Account Set-Up Special Skills: Ability to operate company truck according to safety standards Ability to lift heavy objects (each bottle of water weighs 52 lbs) repetitively Experience with hand-held devices and computer proficiency Ability to read maps Ability to work with a sense of urgency within a fast-paced delivery environment A professional and positive attitude is a must Must be dependable, organized, and customer service oriented Ability to work independently Possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills Wear company uniform as required Candidates must pass a functional assessment Schedule: Full-Time, Monday / Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm, Occasional weekends
