* Subspecialty interests are welcomed and strongly desired, and Neuro-Hospitalist option is also available.
* Privileges will be granted at St. Vincent Hospital, a 547-bed Level II Trauma Center, complete with a NeuroScience Center that is certified as a Primary Stroke Center by JCAHO.
* A full spectrum of neurodiagnostic imaging and therapeutic services are at hand, along with Board Certified specialists in neurology, neurosurgery, and orthopedic surgery;
* Vascular specialists, spine specialists and clinical nurse specialists are available within the Prevea Health system and in the local medical community of approximately 400 physicians.
* Inpatient services include an eight-bed Neuro Intensive Care Unit that cares for both adult and pediatric cases.
* Specialty trained nursing staff with advanced training and certifications in neuroscience trauma and Advanced Cardiac Life Support provide exceptional patient care.
* Have access to the regions first and only CARF-accredited inpatient rehabilitation program with a brain injury certification.
Home to The Green Bay Packers, the region has a population of 230,000 residents. The gorgeous Fox River flows into Green Bay and Lake Michigan and is only a short drive from scenic Door County.
