Free creative help wanted for programming project in Green Bay, Wisconsin For Sale

I am a computer programmer with Asperger's syndrome (a form of mild autism) and I am in the middle of preparing for a personal programming project and I am in need of creative help since I have motor skill difficulties due to my Asperger's syndrome and therefore I cannot draw anything really professional and I do not want to get in trouble for using other people's images because many people and companies out there that do not allow their characters to be used on personal programming projects because of corporate policies they have set up. Therefore, if you can create some cute character artwork for me that would be greatly appreciated. I have several characters from my mind that I want artwork of.
Here is what I want done:
For my program, I would like to have a cute mascot made for me named Jumpsie. Jumpsie is a little third-grade kitten with autism (Asperger's syndrome/mild autism) that has the face of my cat shown here at http://fc00.deviantart.net/fs71/i/xxxx/110/8/4/cleo_by_nathankoepke-d4wzax3.jpg. Jumpsie has green eyes with eyelashes and she has a cute smile (with lip-lines) without rosy cheeks. She wears a puffy coat like the one shown here at http://www.trailjournals.com/images/gear/tjgear_xxxx_xxxx07_xxxx4.jpg and she wears the coat zipped up (but not up to her neck). Underneath her puffy coat she wears a marching band uniform similar to Rice Krispies' Pop character with the neck part fastened and she wears snowpants and pink tennis shoes. I hope this is enough information to clarify what my character looks like.
As for what needs to be done, I would like pictures of Jumpsie in the following poses for my program:

Also, here are some more characters besides Jumpsie that I want artwork of for my program:
I have this cute character developed in my head called Melanie. She is a cute character with a white round/circular head, a cute smile (with lip-lines) and hair that looks like Emily Elizabeth's which you can find in this image (http://images.zap2it.com/images/tv-EPxxxxxxxx/clifford-the-big-red-dog-grey-delisle-1.jpg). She is in third grade, and she wears a puffy coat similar to this one (http://www.trailjournals.com/images/gear/tjgear_xxxx_xxxx07_xxxx4.jpg) but it is dark blue with black in the shoulder and neck area on top and she only has it zipped up some of the way. In addition, she wears a marching band uniform similar to Pop of Rice Krispies (http://bradley.chattablogs.com/elves.jpg) underneath her puffy coat. She has severe autism as well and has normal ears.
In addition, Melanie also has little sisters. Her sisters are named Stormy and Sydney (Six Traitster is Sydney's nickname named in honor of the popular Six Traits writing model). Stormy wears the same puffy coat as Melanie, but her puffy coat is black and instead of a marching band uniform she wears a sea captain's uniform similar to here (http://manhattaninfidel.com/__oneclick_uploads/xxxx/01/captain-crunch.jpg). Stormy's hair is blonde with tips at the end as well and she is in second grade and is a round-headed calico kitten person with a pink nose. And finally, Sydney wears a puffy coat too but it is red all over and she wears a chauffeur's uniform underneath. She also is a red round-headed puppy person with a black nose and has brown hair with tips at the end, and she has cute little dog ears (like Clifford). Stormy has Asperger's syndrome like I have and is blind and Sydney is both blind and deaf and has severe cognitive difficulties.
I would like the cute character artwork to be all head and shoulders portraits for my desktop picture.
I would also like a cute character similar to Melanie, Stormy and Sydney that is representative of me. I am male, have Asperger's syndrome and I have brown hair. I would like to also have a marching band uniform on with a puffy coat zipped up partly over it on my cute character, and I would like to use this as my avatar in IM services and would like to have the right to do so. I would like my puffy coat to be dark blue and I would like to have a cute toothy lip-lined smile as well.
Remember to have them with cute toothy smiles, especially my avatar!

Due to my up and coming school loan obligations, I cannot pay anyone for work to me and I have not secured any donations yet for my project. So if you can create me anything at all for free when you have time, that would be great because I am going to show part of the program to my employers as part of my job hunt. I have been oppressed by those that own as property the cute things that I like and see because some of those people that create the cute things I see are employees of companies that prohibit and will prosecute personal use of the cute characters due to their business policies. Plus almost all of them are owned by individuals who do not know about autism. It would be very nice to have some cute things that I can claim as property and protect because I perceive copyright as an inequity since the government is kind of spoiling those who have more artistic skill than I do and feeding them power because the government thinks that it will promote creativity.
